Clinical background

Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is a member of↓↕☆ the genus Lymphotropic Virus of the Herαε§₽pesviridae family, and its genome is DNA.'¥®  Epstein-Barr virus has the biolo★φgical characteristics of s$↓pecifically infecting humans and certain primatσ≤e B cells in vivo and in vitr♠×o. Humans are hosts of Epstein-Bar₩‍₩r virus infection, spread mainly ™♣← through saliva. 90% of adults worldwide are p×$×ositive for EBV antibodies. The fir≈✔φst infections in Asia and deve$€>&loping countries often occur in•× children, and the f≠↑irst infections in the United States and Westernσ&•λ Europe often occur in adults. Diseases relate✔÷•d to Epstein-Barr virus include i₹♦β↑nfectious mononucleosi™γ's, hemophagocytic syndrome, chronic active Epste±∞♣in-Barr virus infection, X-linked lymphopro ₹liferative disease, etc. I↔≤αεn particular, it is worth noting t>≠©±hat EB virus is an important tumor-related vir∑±λ us, which is closely related to the occur₩↓¥rence of various tumors such as nasopharyngeal ✘÷∑↑cancer, lymphoma, and gastric cancer. The nu÷↓mber of people affecte≠‌✔‌d by EB virus-related tumors in the world reache₹∑s 1%.
Studies have shown that the posi'≠✔tive rate of EBV VCA-Ig∏₽G antibody in children aged 3 to 5 years in Ch∑→ε↓ina is more than 90%, and most children have☆" no obvious symptoms after→λλ infection, or cause mild pharyngitis and upper™★ respiratory tract infection. Primary infectio <'↕ns occur in adolescence, anσ♦d about 50% of them develop infectious m↓≈"ononucleosis. It is mainly spread through s₩Ωaliva and can also be transmitted t≠↔hrough blood transfusions.¥‍

Features
Based on real-time fluorescence PCR technolog∑λy, rapid detection, accurate and reliable resultsα↓.
The reaction system of this kit contains a dU-UN☆≈±G enzyme anti-pollution system to avoid false pos ∞itive results; the system contains in∑&↔≤ternal standards to avoid ↕₽®false negative results.
The highly conserved region of the EB vi₽ £≥rus genome is the target region,≈₹π₽ and specific primers a☆☆nd fluorescent probe≈£&εs are designed to perform PCR amplification÷φ← to ensure the accura₩∏‌cy of the product.
Carry out big data clinical verificatioδ≈n covering national represe×Ωntative clinical units, with  'outstanding product perf≤←‍∏ormance.
