Adenovirus (ADV) is a group of ver™±y widely distributed viruses wi'∞<₽th double helix DNA genomes.€☆ Acute infectious diseases caused by ADV &βcan easily invade the mucous membra★∑nes of the respiratory tract and digestive tr↔←←act, ocular conjunctiva, urinary tract a €±✔nd lymph nodes, mainly manifested as "₽acute upper respiratory tract. Infection (<&2% to 4% of acute res¶βpiratory infections caused by'®↕" adenovirus), followed by ey ₹e and gastrointestinal iα'nfections. The population is gener€ ♠↔ally susceptible, more common in c δhildren, about half of the pa♦✔∑λtients are hidden infections. Infants and young♣ children are susceptible to adenovirus pneum∑≤onia, which accounts for₹"★' about 10% of childhood pneumonia. The co↕§↔ndition is serious and the mortality is high. ≠ The mortality of adenovirus pneumonia in young pφ£₹eople is 8% to 10%, and ther¶↑e is no specific treatment. According'δ to the investigation of serum specific antiε↔body and virus isolation, it can be seen↑♥ that adenovirus infection is←™$γ very extensive.
